Al-Rahmah believes in nurturing the whole person — body, mind, and soul. Our youth programmes create a safe, positive environment where young Glasgow Muslims can grow in their deen, build lasting friendships, and develop real skills.

📌 Note: Safeguarding: All youth workers and volunteers are PVG-checked. We follow a robust Safeguarding Policy in line with Disclosure Scotland and OSCR guidance.

Youth Circle — Weekly Halaqa

Our weekly youth halaqa is a relaxed, open space for young Muslims aged 13–21 to
discuss faith, life, and everything in between.
• Every Wednesday: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
• Facilitated by Imam [Name] and trained youth volunteers
• Topics include: purpose, identity, mental health, relationships, Islamic guidance

No booking required — just turn up

Football Sessions

Stay active and build brotherhood through our weekly football sessions, open to all
brothers.
• Every Saturday: 10:00am – 12:00pm
• Ages: 13–21 (under-13 sessions available — see schedule)

Mentorship Programme

We connect young Glasgow Muslims aged 16–21 with experienced community mentors
from a range of professional backgrounds — medicine, law, education, business, and
more.
• One-to-one monthly mentoring sessions
• CV and career guidance
• UCAS and Scottish university application support
• Islamic guidance and life skills
